“The staff were outstanding, always offering directions and restaurant suggestions. Although there is no 24-hour reception, we arrived late and found staff waiting at the agreed time. The room was spotless and cosy, with daily cleaning. The B&B is easy to locate, and the neighbourhood felt safe. We wholeheartedly recommend it.”

“A very good small hotel, just a five-minute walk from the train station with airport connections. Most sights are within walking distance — we walked to the Colosseum and St. Peter's. Two metro stations are close by. The staff were incredibly welcoming and helpful. The rooms felt new and comfortable. Breakfast and daily cleaning are included in the rate. Having stayed at NH-brand hotels elsewhere, we preferred Santa Bibiana — it felt like visiting relatives.”

“An excellent place to stay, roughly a ten-minute walk from the train station. Highly recommended.”

“Our stay was entirely positive. The gentleman greeted us at the door and was very attentive. The rooms were a decent size, clean, comfortable, and cosy. The location is great: about a 20-minute walk to the Colosseum and five minutes to Termini Station. We definitely recommend it.”

“David is the best host, always willing to help. He makes a superb morning espresso, and the buffet breakfast is tasty and generous. We stayed two nights initially and returned for another night after a week, in a different room — both were superb. Comfortable, colourfully decorated, and even romantic after long days of walking. The location is convenient: 15 minutes from Termini, under 10 minutes from the nearest metro, and plenty of restaurants within a ten-minute walk. I’d recommend it to anyone with good taste looking for a perfect base to explore Rome or catch an early train. Yes, it’s worth the money.”

“The host was extremely friendly and helpful. The property is nice and well-maintained. The location is good, walking distance from the train station with luggage and from buses and the metro. However, if you stay out late in the bar district, you’ll need a cab.”
